[MySQLAuth] Client hostname lookup failed, getnameinfo() returned: 'Name or service not known'.

    Description

      When client connects and queries MariaDB via MaxScale the below error is seen in maxscale.log:

      error : [MySQLAuth] Client hostname lookup failed, getnameinfo() returned: 'Name or service not known'.

      Workaround: adding address=0.0.0.0 to listener section to maxscale.cnf
