Protocol command tracking doesn't work with readwritesplit

The protocol module tracks the size of the current packet as well as the current command. Neither of these are required nor do they even work with readwritesplit.

This is likely to only become apparent when large packets are being routed while pooled connections are enabled. This could also have other unknown side-effects.
