Slaves of external servers can't be used as slaves

When a server is a slave of a server that is not monitored by the monitor, it is assigned the Slave of External Server status. This status should be equivalent with the Slave status but in reality it is a different status. This prevents the use of read replicas pointing to Galera clusters.
