        This is for turning on PL/SQL mode when a

        set sql_mode=ORACLE;

        statement is encountered.

        Whether or not MaxScale starts in Oracle mode is specified using the configuration parameter sql_mode as explained here:
        https://github.com/mariadb-corporation/MaxScale/blob/2.2/Documentation/Getting-Started/Configuration-Guide.md#sql_mode
