CREATE SERVER statement does not replicate in Galera Cluster

Details

    Description

The CREATE SERVER statement does not appear to replicate across nodes in a Galera cluster.

This leads to unexpected behaviour when federated tables are created: The federated tables themselves are created OK, but cannot be accessed on other nodes.
