Client build does not build gssapi_client plugin

    Description

      When MariaDB is built `-DWITHOUT_SERVER=1` it does not build the client GSSAPI plugin `lib/mysql/plugin/auth_gssapi_client.so`

      This is an issue with FreeBSD ports as all MariaDB (and MySQL, PostgreSQL etc) ports have separate client ports.
