Devel package wants ownership of /usr/share/pkgconfig on CentOS/RHEL

    Description

      When building from source as specified in this page, the devel package RPM takes ownership of /usr/share/pkgconfig, which blocks install.

      Fix is to add /usr/share/pkgconfig to the ignore list in cpack_rpm.cmake in line 73.
