invalid value warnings after upgrade to 5.5.5-10.0.20-MariaDB-log from 5.5.38-tokudb-7.1.7-MariaDB-log

Hello,
After upgrading from 5.5.38-tokudb-7.1.7-MariaDB-log to 5.5.5-10.0.20-MariaDB-log we are getting the below warnings in the mysql error.log

I want to know if these errors are cosmetic or something i need to address.
