Add to Mysqlbinlog --raw and --stop-never

Hi,
to backup more easly binlog files on Mariadb I like to have into mysqlbinlog the --raw and --stop-never options with the same Mysql result :
--raw option tells mysqlbinlog to write raw (binary) output, not text output
--stop-never: Stay connected to the server after reaching the end of the last log file and continue to read new events.
