Speed up crash recovery

    Description

      Sped up the crash recovery done via the reading InnoDB tablespace information from ibd files

      Note: This is fixed upstream in 5.7.5. See: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/innodb-recovery-tablespace-discovery.html

      Second note: If MySQL 5.7 will be GA before 10.1 is GA, then a merge 5.7 innodb -> 10.1 will be possible
