Description
Currently, there is no straight forward way to configure SELinux for MariaDB
Galera server. As a result, SELinux is normally disabled.

There is an existing PXC 56 policy at this URL: https://github.com/gguillen/selinux_percona-pxc-56-cluster
If it works for PXC it should work for MariaDB. Have you tried it?
