Add tests for wsrep system variables

Details

    Description

      Currently, there are no mtr tests covering wsrep system variables. The task is
      to add mtr tests for all the system variables provided by wsrep patch.
      These tests should be skipped if server is not built with wsrep patch
      (WITH_WSREP=ON).
