    Description

Now that RHEL7 is GA, MariaDB should begin building and testing our own packages for this platform.

Every effort should be made to ensure that our own package provide and require the same capabilities as the packages built and provided by RHEL.

      In particular:

o the "server" package should provide "mariadb-server" and "mysql-compat-server"
o the "client" package should provide "mariadb" and "mysql"
o the "shared" package should provide "mariadb-libs" and "mysql-libs"

      et cetera.

dbart, when you do the buildbot/VM part, please reassign it to me, I'll fix the packaging (rpm aliases, capabilities, etc).

Also note that the service is called "mariadb" in EL7, for the included mariadb-server package.

            Also, RHEL7 uses systemd.

The buildbot/VM part is in place, so turning over to serg

            I've added provides/requires as in RHEL7.

systemd will be handled in a separate issue (see linked issues above).
