Spider: Auto discover daemon plugin

    Description

      Auto discover plugins map all tables of the cluster to virtual databases with spider tables. The list of servers are found in the mysql.servers system table

      Uri will be on the form
      'database'.'name'
      'vdb://pool/server:port/db'.'table'

      pool we added to the create server server SQL command
