    Description

      SHOW EXPLAIN should support PARTITIONS and EXTENDED. So that one can run:

      SHOW EXPLAIN PARTITIONS FOR $connection_id
      		 
      SHOW EXPLAIN EXTENDED FOR $connection_id

      We should also consider supporting MySQL 5.7's syntax "EXPLAIN FOR CONNECTION $conn_id", for compatibility purposes.
