Add packages repository for Ubuntu 13.10 Saucy Salamander

    Description

      Hey all,

      Ubuntu 13.10 "Saucy Salamander" is out. Can a repository be made available for it in https://downloads.mariadb.org/ ? In the meantime, I am using the previous release's repository (for 13.04 "Raring Ringtail") which seems to work fine.

      Daniel Bartholomew was kind enough to hook this up last time for the previous Ubuntu release.
