Errors compiling php5.5.3 mysqli extension

    Description

      Hello. Compiling php5.5.3 from source giving error:

      /usr/include/mysql/my_global.h: fatal error: my_byteorder.h: No such file or directory

      file my_byteorder.h is located in private subdirectory, so my_global.h can't find it.
