Description
rpl.rpl_fragment_row_event_main fails on 12.3 with a result content mismatch: a Binlog_checkpoint event is listed after the CREATE TABLE events in the include/show_binlog_events.inc output instead of before them.

The failure text is identical in the other six matching runs between 2026-10-02 and 2026-10-09, apart from worker id, timestamps and paths: refs/pull/5617/head (aarch64-ubuntu-2404), bb-serg-MDEV-25848-mvi (aarch64-centos-stream9), refs/pull/5826/head (aarch64-debian-sid), refs/pull/5566/head (amd64-ubuntu-2604), bb-main-MDEV-14992-MDEV-39092 (aarch64-fedora-43), refs/pull/5278/head (aarch64-macos).
Analysis
Seven distinct builders are affected: six aarch64 builders and amd64-ubuntu-2604. Multiple builders show the identical diff, which points at the test rather than at a single builder. include/show_events.inc skips the first three events of the binlog by position, so the expected result starts with the second Binlog_checkpoint event, the one naming the current binlog (master-bin.000027). In the failing runs this event is logged after the CREATE TABLE events, at the two places where the test lists the start of that binlog. The test does not set $skip_checkpoint_events, so the position of this event is part of the expected result. The same ordering variance failed binlog.binlog_checkpoint in MDEV-29607, which was fixed in the test case.
