      Map where MYSQL_BIN_LOG group commit and the wsrep commit-order hooks each decide ordering; decide on a wsrep TC_LOG wrapping MYSQL_BIN_LOG vs. hooks inside it; short design note reviewed by Brandon / Seppo.
