Missing virtual columns in binlog break backwards compat for CDCs

    Description

      We're using MariaDB connected to Kafka via Debezium CDC and one of the columns we're using is a virtual column. The fix for MDEV-40057 removed virtual columns from the binlog row image. While this is fine for regular replication clients, this broke our setup because the column no longer arrives in Debezium. The release notes for 11.8.9 did not even mention this change and I don't feel like it is fit for a patch release.
