    Description

      Index PRIMARY of gdch_16000/cmdb has 1 columns unique inside InnoDB,
      but server is asking statistics for 2 columns.

      Impact :
      MariaDB crashes with SIGSEGV (signal 11).

      The crash causes ServiceNow to lose database connectivity and report:

      "Failed to get database connection"
