    Description

      CHANGE MASTER TO master_heartbeat_period has a unique, hard-to-access, variable but non-configurable default of @@slave_net_timeout ÷ 2.
      Separating this "÷2", such as to a new master_heartbeat_frequency option, would make tuning a lot more convenient.
