Improve BACKUP SERVER performance for ENGINE=Aria

    Description

      Follow up to MDEV-39092: Given that ticket implements Aria correctly, we can improve on it as laid out in that ticket's delivery plan:

      • Copy historical log files under lower lock level
      • Selectively close or purge a smaller subset of files (InnoDB and RocksDB should be excluded, for Aria only non-transactional tables need to be flushed)
      • Reduce the number of heap allocations to avoid increasing heap fragmentation.
