    Description

      There is no wsrep_sst* in any of the mariadb or galera packages. A server restart that attempts to use mariabackup with sst (wsrep_sst_mariadbackup) fails miserably and is linked to the missing software.

      12.3.1 Did have those packages, or at least did not delete them

      The repository files, as is will lead to unsuable servers.
