    Description

      select st_astext(st_geomfromwkb(x'0103000000020000000400000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000f03f0000000000000000000000000000f03f000000000000f03f0000000000000000000000000000000005000000000000000000e03f000000000000e03f'));

      because Gis_polygon::init_from_wkb() advances wkb but does not decrement len inside the loop.
