Cleanup opt context tests and docs

optimizer context test still tries to set/reset optimizer_trace, although it doesn't have any impact.

This task is to clean up references to optimizer_trace from the optimizer_context related tests.
Also, update any docs that had missing information such as newly added field "file_stat_records" in the context.
