When run with replay-server , explain extended doesn't generate warnings

    Description

      Issue found while testing MDEV-39368

      Normal mtr run generates warning for explain extended
      When run with replay-server , warning not generated , actual run and expected results differs , hence mtr test fails.

      ./mtr main.1st //Test passes
      ./mtr main.1st --replay-server --verbose //Test fails

      For mtr output : Refer : 39368_mtr_output.txt

      How to repro:

      Apply patch 39368_diff1
      		 
      ./mtr main.1st //See Test passes
      		 
      ./mtr main.1st --record --replay-server --verbose //Notice test fails
