Windows, MSI : make THIRD_PARTY_DOWNLOAD_LOCATION settable to cache HeidiSQL download

Details

    Description

      To prevent HeidiSQL download on CI, for every build that produces MSI packages,
      make THIRD_PARTY_LOCATION variable cached. Then corresponding zip packages can be pre-downloaded and reused.
