Study BINLOG SQL Rows Event Code Path for Slave Replay Inconsistencies

As a part of MDEV-37602 (Mariadb-binlog Replay Should Always Invoke Slave Applier Path), one of the ideas is to have all binlog row events invoke the BINLOG SQL statement execution path, so its execution is consistent with the actual replica applier threads. Before doing this, the existing BINLOG logic should be studied to ensure it actually is consistent with the slave applier threads.

This task is to perform this study, with the output as a compare-and-contrast report of how the current BINLOG statement works with the slave applier. If there are inconsistencies found, these will have to be fixed.
