add init_rpl_role in output of "show variables"

    Description

      init_rpl_role = xxx can help to solve special semisync situations.

      IT can be set in the xxx.cnf also, but it will not shown in the variable output.

      For investigating issues it would be helpful to see with which value mariadb was started
      (master, slave,unknown)
