While starting up using XAMPP Control Panel the server crashed

    Description

      When started the first time it crashes. The second time the server is started it seems to work. However from previous installations I know that more problems will occur.
      In the attached logfile an assertion occurs at 2025-10-22 15:44:43 on line 490.
