Description
From psloboda:

we have received a new bug yesterday about some selinux issues after the migration of MariaDB and MySQL rules from the selinux-policy-targetted package to the mysql-selinux package. I have looked into them and it turns out they only affect the upstream MariaDB packages and not the MariaDB we package. The issue is mainly the missing
Requires: (mysql-selinux >= 1.0.10 if selinux-policy-%{selinuxtype})

in the upstream packages which is now required for MariaDB to function with selinux since the migration.
