404s when attempting to install MariaDB 10.6 (Ubuntu)

I see that this was possibly fixed a few days ago but I am still having issues installing 10.6. I'm following the guide from https://mariadb.com/docs/server/server-management/install-and-upgrade-mariadb/installing-mariadb/binary-packages/mariadb-package-repository-setup-and-usage.
