    Description

      There's Master_info/Relay_log_info for the runtime record (and writing the @@master_info_file), LEX_MASTER_INFO for the parser, and now we want mariadbd options that can apply globally...

      The infrastructure behind these options should be convenient for the replication replica to access.
      In particular, the defaults of master_heartbeat_period and master_use_gtid are not constant.
