mysqldump -L should work with --ignore-database

    Description

      Currently 

       --ignore-database=name 
                            Do not dump the specified database. To specify more than
      		 
                            one database to ignore, use the directive multiple times,
      		 
                            once for each database. Only takes effect when used
      		 
                            together with --all-databases|-A

      But it makes sense to use it also with -L
