Turning logging off for the whole duration of the MariaDB server process. To turn it on again: fix the cause, shutdown the MariaDB server and restart it.

    Description

      There is no issue with mountspace.
      There is no issue with filesystem privileges.
      The transactions got stopped with below issue. After rebooting the service the issue to resolve. Need help to understand and avoid reoccurrence .

      MariaDB [(none)]> flush logs;
      		 
      ERROR 1016 (HY000): Can't open file: '/data/HCL/mariadb/mariadb-binlog/Starhuab_Prd.001658' (errno: 1 "Operation not permitted")
