AVX512 accelerated CRC-32 is disabled on GCC 16

    Description

      https://github.com/MariaDB/server/pull/4081/ disabled the compilation of the MDEV-33817 implementation on GCC 16. Many AVX512 related attributes were recently rebranded to AVX10.1. Based on my testing on https://godbolt.org we should simply use that target attribute.

      GCC 16 has not been released yet, and https://buildbot.mariadb.org does not cover it.
