Galera package should use systemd in Fedora

    Description

      Currently Galera package provides the sysvinit directory /etc/init.d and a sysvinit file inside it /etc/init.d/garb. For Fedora it should provide systemd files usr/bin/garb-systemd and /usr/lib/systemd/system/garb.service and directories usr/lib/systemd and
      /usr/lib/systemd/system
