mariadb-dump --include-master-host-port for --master-data

Currently --include-master-host-port is only added with --dump-slave. However, it'd be very useful if it also worked with --master-data. When backing up a server to be used as a master/primary with mariadb-dump, it'd be very handy to have the host and port included in the CHANGE MASTER statement in the backup output file. Then only the user/pass need to be set.
