InnoDB: pwrite("ib_logfile0") returned -1, operating system error 5

Environment
Galera cluster formed by 4 server nodes + 1 garbd node. All 5 nodes are virtual servers; 2 server nodes hosted in cloud provider A; other 2 nodes in cloud provider B; garbd node hosted onpremise.
Server nodes OS: Ubuntu 22.04
Garbd node OS: Ubuntu 24.04
MariaDB version: 11.4.7
Galera4 version: 26.4.22

History
Similar error has been observed once in each node of provider A during last 5 months, with MariaDB version 11.4.3.
Yesterday we perform rolling upgrade from 11.4.3 to 11.4.7 without issues. Tonight one of the nodes in provider A crashed suddenly (202505282128). This morning after attempt to restart the service crashed again with similar message about OS disk errors (202505291100).
After that I've attempted to restart the service again (202505291256).
Finally I rebooted the server and after some automatic retries the service started successfully and the node joined the cluster without errors (202505291316).

I'm not sure this is related to OS disk issue, to be honest; every time reports different blocks. Checked disk bad blocks and nothing is reported.
