debug function to print MEM_ROOT name

MEM_ROOTs used to have names, stored inside memroot. Now these names are stored in P_S, and it's tricky to pull it from there.

Let's create a function, say, dbug_print_name(MEM_ROOT*) that will print the name of the corresponding MEM_ROOT.
