Window functions: reuse sorting and/or scanning with the main query

    Description

      Similar to MDEV-9848, but the goal is to avoid a separate sorting/scanning step if the window function uses ordering which is identical to or a subset of the ordering of the main query.

      this should work even if the main query uses LIMIT.
