Documentation misleading about innodb_stats_modified_counter - it does not affect innodb persistent statistics

    Description

      The manual page for:
      https://mariadb.com/kb/en/innodb-system-variables/#innodb_stats_modified_counter

      Description: The number of rows modified before we calculate new statistics. If set to 0, the default, current limits are used.

      This variable does not affect persistent statistics.
      Currently persistent statistics are automatically recalculated only at reaching the hard coded value of 10% for the number of modified rows.
