Procedure hang when issuing KILL CONNECTION

    Description

      This is very sporadic failure and first time seen in MDEV-35951. In my laptop I had to use --repeat=1000 to have it reproduce once. See attached picture and test case. Original test case was Galera test case, but currently I do not see evidence that hang is caused by Galera.

      When hang is reproduced procedure remains running forever and it looks like KILL CONNECTION is lost somewhere.
