Move duplicates from trx_t to row_prebuilt_t

    Description

      The field was placed in the wrong place, so it is relocated to row_prebuilt_t. In MDEV-17814, there is a backport of the similar fix from MySQL 8.0, but it's more complicated than mine.

            marko, this PR has been around for a while, but there seem to be no clear decision. At the same time the ball seem to be on our side.

            Please check if it is still relevant, either decline it or request changes, or just merge it if it is alright.

            PR status update: vlad.lesin intends to take care of it in mid-March. Most probably PR itself will be declined as some broader solution is desired. PR is kept open for reference until implementation is done.
