Description
Mysql program does not seem to recognize the specified socket file path
This symptom occurred after installing a new DB on a new server
During installation, there were changes to items with default values such as basedir, datadir, mycnf path, and sock path. (See attachment for details.)
An error occurs if the DB server does not specify a socket path when connecting to the account root@'localhost'
If you connect from another host where mariadb is installed, you do not need to specify a socket path
What is the problem with the installation process or setting values?
Or is it a bug?
