innodb_undo_log_truncate=ON during mariadb-backup --backup does not work as intended

    Description

      During the development of MDEV-35699 it occurred that we do not have any test to cover mariadb-backup --backup. MDEV-35808 was filed to address that.

      When I ran a variation of the MDEV-35808 test case on the 10.11 branch, I determined that MDEV-34850 in MariaDB Server 10.11 likely also broke the handing of innodb_undo_log_truncate=ON.
