ER_PSEUDO_THREAD_ID_OVERWRITE in 11.4 shifts error messages in later GA

    Description

      ER_PSEUDO_THREAD_ID_OVERWRITE was added in 11.4 which is not the latest GA, this caused ER_SEQUENCE_TABLE_HAS_WRONG_NUMBER_OF_COLUMNS to change its value from 4196 to 4197 for anybody staying on the rolling GA and upgrading from 11.6.2 to 11.7.2.

      ER_PSEUDO_THREAD_ID_OVERWRITE must be removed from 11.4
