Handle "Transaction was aborted due to Deadlock" errors in Galera test suites

    Description

      A new error message is logged in the error when innodb detects a deadlock: "Transaction was aborted due to Deadlock". The following tests in Galera suites are affected:

      galera_sr.GCF-1018B
      galera_sr.mysql-wsrep-features#165
      galera.MDEV-20616
      galera.galera_FK_duplicate_client_insert
      galera.galera_sequences

      If the tests cause a deadlock, then it is OK to simply ignore the error by adding a mtr suppression.
