    Description

      A 11.4 replica can't replicate form e.g. a 10.6 server if the 10.6 instance is not set up for TLS unless either MASTER_SSL or MASTER_SSL_VERIFY_SERVER_CERT is explicitly disabled when calling CHANGE MASTER to setup the replica, which by default they are not.
